Los Angeles emcee Menacin Johnson presents “For The Win”, the new single from his new album Brand New Headsets 2, out today. “For The Win” features A-Plus of Souls Of Mischief as well as Menacin’s fellow Project Blowed representer Abstract Rude, and is produced by L.A. beatsmith Duke Westlake. Menacin’s new album is a followup to 2009′s Brand New Headsets which featured Stylistik Jones, Tony Da Skitzo and more. Constantly touring, he has performed alongside Aceyalone of Freestyle Fellowship, Tre Hardson formerly of The Pharcyde, X-Clan and many more. “The production kinda gave me a Souls Of Mischief/Hiero feel,” Menacin says about “For The Win. “So I reached out to my homie DJ Limegreen who was DJing for them on tour at the time and he connected me with A-Plus.”
