Ivan Ave recently released his full length album “Every Eye” via Jakarta Records. The album features production from Kaytranada, Dâm-Funk, MNDSGN, Like and others.

Today check out the official music video for the song “Bike Lock” which was produced by long time collaborator MNDSGN (Stones Throw). The song catches Ivan Ave racing back and forth between a love interest and the love for his work.

Ivan Ave states:
I wrote Bike Lock on a flight to Montreal, before having decided on a beat for it. It’s about trying to keep a relationship alive while pursuing your goals. The metaphor of the bike lock and going on rides together, as opposed to individually, was the foundation of the narrative in the video, created by Erik Treimann.
