A Michigan-born, Brooklyn-based mic-rocker whose lyrically-driven style recalls such hip-hop legends as MC Lyte and Jean Grae, Nitty Scott, MC has amassed a sizable following of old school-minded heads since introducing herself to the Booth with “I Luv My Life” back in fall 2010. Having set the stage with last year’s acclaimed The Cassette Chronicles EP, the buzzmaking rhymesayer is now preparing to take her career to the next level with the release of her Distrolord debut, The Boombox Chronicles Vol. 1 EP.
