A creative experiment between two of the UK’s leading emerging hip-hop labels, ‘The Highball EP’ was created over the space of one single hazy night and day in a darkened studio. The resulting six tracker, plus 3 remixes, features the coming together of various musical and rhyming styles into a batch of heaters to please the hip-hop heads out there.
Featuring production from some of the UK’s finest in AssociatedMinds’ Metabeats, P.L.O. and Beatbox Fozzy and Eatgood’s own Kelakovski. There are also two production remixes from close friends of the labels and production maestro’s, Dockmini & Myke Forte. Meanwhile the jam packed mic duties are handled by EG’s Sonnyjim, Kosyne, RTKal, Taharka & Redbeard and AM’s Mudmowth, Ralph Rip Sh*t, Ruffstylz, P.L.O., Metabeats & Willo Wispa.

The Heat finds them honouring Smoothe The Hustler’s classic ‘Broken Language’ joint. Three craftsmen with the pen they all hit P.L.O.’s production hard going relentlessly back and forth on the beat and proving why they are being touted as the new generation of ones to watch on the US scene.
