Not sure if I should say this but….FUCK IT! I’ve never been one to bite my tongue. This is easily top 3 Dilla beats ever. YUP!! Today i’ll share with you the source material that made this beat possible, Giorgio Moroders “E=MC2“.
Amongst my crew this type of record was a NO-NO until Dilla proved us wrong. This beat has several renditions prior to its reworking by Karriem Riggins for, “The Shining“. I have my own ideas of its conception. I’m sure it was the rubber gloves. Hahahaha. Tell me what you think @jeedo

This is a project that has been on the shelf for a while from to 2 dynamic artist Reggie B and Saadiq of the infamous Platinum Pied Pipers. A collaborative effort from these guys of songs done over the years during the time of the Go and Get Down With Me LPs from Reggie B, which both albums include songs from this time period.
