Coming on the heels of his crushing critically acclaimed drinking and driving narrative titled “Last Call” Timmy Grins, of hip hop group Lam & Grins, returns with “Legacy” (Launch Your Life) Pt 1. “Legacy” is seize your day type of rap crafted from the wisdom of Grins’ Grandfather. The video, filmed and directed by Tommy Oceanak, allows the viewer to accompany Timmy on a mountainous morning run. It is where the video ends that the real story begins. Grins is currently training for the Chicago Marathon on 10-10-10. He is running to raise money and awareness for the struggle that his Grandfather is now enduring with the deadly disease of Alzheimer’s.
