Today Seattle band Radio Raheem’s song ‘Push the Party’ featuring Shock G of the Digital Underground stormed into the top 20 on the October 8th Rapnetwork Record Breakers chart and landed at the #17 spot. The song, ‘Push the Party’ is the lead track off of Radio Raheem’s debut album Down for the Get Down released in the summer of 2012. The song, written by Radio Raheem and Shock G is a perfect mash up of chanting, soul singing and laid back MC-ing.
