On July 29th, Los Angeles representatives XL Middleton and Eddy Funkster, will release their collaborative modern-funk / boogie album via MoFunk Records.

Their self-titled album carries on a Los Angeles tradition of modern-funk, boogie and G-Funk that heavily influenced the two while growing up and their upcoming album captures some of that genre’s best highlights. Guest features include MoFunk collaborators Moniquea, Zackery Force Funk and Diamond Ortiz alongside a special appearance from the one and only Domino (“Ghetto Jam”).

Today, check out the first single from the upcoming album for the track “Show Some Respect” which is a perfect track to start the Summer season.
