Powerful new track from Boston MC Knuckles produced by Phoniks. He wrote this song documenting his cancer diagnosis after a serious car accident led doctors to discover a malignant brain tumor.

Knuckles recorded the song while going through chemotherapy, using music as a way to process everything happening around him. Since then, his latest MRI has shown over a 60% reduction in the tumor, and he continues to focus on healing through ongoing medical care alongside a strict vegan diet and holistic approaches.
