The new single is finally here combining the skills of Queens, NYC FTR crew mates King Topaz, DJ JS-1 and Truth Emcee. King Topaz has been a staple MC of the underground for decades releasing music under a few different monikers most notably Lordroc. DJ JS-1 is well known as a Rocksteady Crew member and the DJ for Rahzel touring worldwide and opening up for some of the biggest acts in music. He’s also produced and released numerous compilation albums featuring a vast number of Hip hop legends. Truth is widely known in the underground circuit for his solo albums fully produced by The Legendary Beatminerz featuring some of Hip hops elite MCs such as Treach, Ras Kass, Large Pro, Sean Price, Tragedy and OC, Just to name a few.

Two ILL is a standard Hip hop banger showcasing traditional NYC boombap beats along with fantastical lyricism, DJ skills and the video even features B Boy Jiggz of Supreme Beings with the top notch breakdancing.

NYC-based graffiti legend King Topaz—widely recognized for his historic work at 5 Pointz and his impact across the city’s mural scene—returns to theo music world with a brand new, self-titled 12-song album, bringing his Hip Hop journey full circle.

While many know Topaz for his visual art, his roots in Hip Hop run much deeper. Before taking a decade-long hiatus to dominate the graffiti world with Jerms aka DJ JS-1 and the FTR Crew, Topaz was releasing music as Lordroc, working with iconic Queens figures such as Marley Marl, Capone (CNN), Royal Flush, Godfather Pt. 3 (Mobb Deep), and more—earning multiple charting singles throughout the late 90s and 2000s.

This new album marks a powerful return, delivering hard-hitting boom bap, authentic DJ scratches, and raw lyricism. Featured guests include DJ JS-1 (Rock Steady Crew), Young Zee (The Outsidaz), Spit Gemz, Truth Emcee, OSVN, MC Whiteowl, Cereb, Last Measure, Certified Gage, and others. Production is handled by King Topaz, BREEZ One, Lemos, Da Vigilante, and DJ JS-1, with Jake Palumbo on the boards ensuring a clean, polished, radio-ready sound.
