Detroit, Michigan producer/engineer, Black Bethoven independently releases his 2nd beat project titled “Lightyears”. Black Bethoven has produced and engineered some of Detroit, Michigan mc; Nametag’s best tracks to date [Soul System EP, The Name Is Tag]. “Lightyears” is the follow up to Bethoven’s 1st project “Da Ear Hustle” and it’s an excellent presentation of his niche sound. The title fits well as it represents being innovative, and willing to set the tone as far as producing. This project shows an artist not opposed to experimenting with their sound, providing quality without compromising. “Lightyears” also proves that Black Bethoven will have some staying power as an artist in genres other than hip hop.
