Woodbridge, VA-based emcee/producers Tehron Porter and Peter Maher are True Prospeks, presenting their James Bostick-directed clip for their new single “Tell Everyone Ya Know”. The video was shot in a secluded area of northern Virginia. “Tell Everyone” was produced by Tehron and mixed by engineer Eric Graham, who together go by the production handle SuprDopeBeats. The song samples Swedish band Mike Snow’s 2010 track “Song For No One”. “We were just kicking it at Eric’s apartment and his roommate kept bumping that song,” says Tehron. “Ten minutes later I had the beat looped up and already had my verse written. Peter was down in Norfolk visiting so he just came through and dropped a verse.” True Prospeks also represents a roster of several other artists/musicians currently working on new material. “Tell Everyone” is from True Prospeks’ new full-length Trapper’s Delight, which can be downloaded free on Bandcamp.
