Owiny Sigoma Band are preparing their second album release with Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Recordings for their album entitled “Power Punch” being released on April 8th (UK) / 9th (US). The London/Nairobi connection covers a musical landscape of traditional Kenyan Nyatiti and Nyiduong drum playing with western sounds of pop/electronic/punk/etc.
