This month, NYC hip-hop artist Orrin is releasing four new singles–one a week during the month of December. Originally the tracks were recorded for the LP, Nocturnal, but they didn’t make the final cut.

“They tell part of the story of Nocturnal though,” says Orrin. A remix of Australian duo Fox + Sui’s single “Grass in Flight,” “Dysfunctional” details the gloom of the world. “The song humorously describes rotten luck and the repeated reminder of an imaginary female I wish to forget,” says Orrin.

Nocturnal will be released January 7, 2013.
