Sandpeople MC Goldini Bagwell is gearing up to release his new album, Secondhand Smoke (The Extended Cut), on June 24th via Heaven Noise Recordings. The Extended Cut is a full-length follow up to 2013’s Secondhand Smoke (X-Ray EP), featuring all new music with guest appearances from Sandpeople, Onry Ozzborn of Dark Time Sunshine, Tope, and more. Pre-order packages, which include the CD and other album-themed merch, will be available beginning next week.

The album’s first single, “Feeling Good,” is mood music of the low-key, laid-back variety; perfect for those of us who can’t quite achieve Pharrell’s level of upbeat happiness. Over Tony Ozier’s driving bass line and Pmpee Beats’ ambient synths, Goldini reveals his recipe for optimal comfort with, “if your grass is greener on the other side, I’ll be on way with some papers and a light.”
