I was challenged by my DMV brovas DJ Face [IG @djfacemusic] and Black Classic [IG @ag_hammer] to #BeMoreCivil and speak out against police brutality. When you have the opportunity to say something, say something. That’s my job as an MC and a lover of the culture!
The #BeMoreCivil campaign challenges all artists to write a verse, song or poem about stopping police brutality, to post your song or video on all social and to tag all other artists you know. Videos don’t have to be professionally done. They can be done on your phone. Once tagged you have 48 hours to finish. There’s power in numbers so let’s all do our part!
