At midnight, Alex Wiley released his new *one singular flame emoji ep* directly to his fans. The EP came at a time when Wiley was working on a proper follow-up to Village Party and was stressing himself out a little bit. To break out of the funk, he started making fun songs that reminded him about what he enjoyed most about rap. He issued himself a challenge to make & release something new in 30 days, and announced the project on his twitter without much recorded.

Sleeping in the studio most nights, Wiley created the *one singular flame emoji ep* as something fun & new for his fans. Something to give him space while working on a proper new LP. We’re super excited about the new music and other things in the works.
