The Sweet Tart Bootlegs are the result of a number of boundary-pushing collaborative sessions between Denver-based DIRTY//CLEAN artists, Dawn Safari and Snubluck during the winter of 2014/15. With this release, the D//C producers have reimagined music from various artists who have inspired their own work, including Shlohmo, AG Cook and R Kelly. The resulting selections serve as a bridge connecting Dawn Safari and Snubluck’s vast musical universes – vibe-heavy bass music with sleek taste for melody and experimentation.
