Ondatrópica is a Colombian music collective featuring UK to Cali producer/musician/DJ, Will Holland (Quantic) and Mario Galeano (Frente Cumbeiro). Their first creative endeavor took them to Discos Fuentes in Medellin, Colombia for their first full length record, which comprised of over 40 invited musicians and collaborators to help reimagine Tropical music of the golden age. Released via UK based Soundway Records, the album was critically acclaimed garnering support from The Guardian, The Quietus, NPR, Rolling Stone, etc while taking the band all over the world to perform at the 2012 London Olympics, Roskilde Festival, Glastonbury Festival and others.

Ondatrópica is now preparing to record their follow up album and is asking the fans to help support their next endeavor via their Indiegogo campaign. With 6 days left to support their album, the guys are proud to present the live performance video for one of their standout tracks from the first album for the song “Descarga Tropica” shot and directed by famed photographer and video director B+ (www.mochilla.com).
