Detroit’s own, Finale, is preparing to release his upcoming album “Odds & Ends” on August 14th which is entirely produced by DMV native, Oddisee. Finale’s “Odds & Ends” albums marks the end of a lengthy hiatus for Finale. His 2009 album “A Pipe Dream And A Promise” was his last release and during the years Finale focused on raising his first newborn, drawing inspiration from his newfound fatherhood, while compiling life experiences that eventually made it to his upcoming “Odds & Ends” album.

Today, we’re happy to share the House Shoes mix of “Bits & Pieces” which compiles some of Finale’s best from his back catalogue and highlights Finale’s impeccable taste in production. Producers featured include Black Milk, Oddisee, Knxwledge, Waajeed, Nottz, Flying Lotus, Dimlite, and others. While the mix mostly recounts Finale’s back catalogue, House Shoes also includes the first single from the upcoming album for the track “Just Due” ft. Homeboy Sandman and Miz Korona while also including “Plain View” ft. Bilal Salaam, which is also taken from the upcoming album but premiered for the first time in the mix.
