With a series of monthly releases 2016 has been a busy year for Sauga City’s J Shiltz – this time around Shiltz links up with the Monolith and IRS representative Korry Deez, and KOTD’s own DJ Docta for the Rich Kidd produced single “Just A Slice”. Shiltz and Deez go in with 24 bars apiece – off the cuff uncut lyricism. DJ Docta laces the chorus – classic and contemporary cuts seamlessly blended. Rich Kidd sets the soundscape – a dope sample and neck snapping drums. “Just A Slice” is for the heads.
