Truth Ali’s Joshua Trees is an’ introspective look at the Bakersfield rapper’s life as an upcoming emcee and the struggles one faces on the come up. “The new album represents a spiritual war” Truth explains, adding “I’m just here to give fans the inside look.”

With his track featuring Slaughterhouse’s own Kxng Crooked debuting on Billboard and the release of his video for Lost In Paradise featuring acclaimed Detroit lyricist Royce Da 5’9″, the anticipation for the album has been sky high. “Truth’s vocal delivery is very much in tune with the current rap climate, yet at the same time something all its own” notes HotNewHipHop, while AllHipHop adds that his “dynamic flow and inventive lyrics coupled with a heavy baritone voice are just a few ways to describe rising emcee.” Cyhi The Prynce also joins the cast of rap Gods to be featured on the project.
