Today, Open Mike Eagle is headed out on tour. To kick things off he has a new video for the track “Smiling (Quirky Race Doc)” from his recently released album with UK Producer Paul White titled “Hella Personal Film Festival.” The new video is directed by Alex Clark and edited by Ryan Calavano.
