Gramatik – Epigram Deluxe Edition [album] (ft. Raekwon, ProbCause, Adrian Lau and more.)
Gramatik’s early 2016 album Epigram was his most accomplished work to date, a culmination of his experiences and interests in various styles of electronic music. From viral sensations like “Satoshi Nakamoto” featuring Adrian Lau and Probcause, and “Native Son” featuring Raekwon of Wu-Tang and Leo Napier, Epigram saw Gramatik not only cater to the electronic set, but also come full circle with a return to the hip-hop roots that established his career.
An album Thump describes as “..packed heavy with collaborations, the album leans on a variety of different sounds while consistently centering around on his penchant for instrumental glitch-bass,” Epigram is now seeing a revival thanks to the release of the Deluxe Edition of the album. Out today, December 14th via Gramatik’s label Lowtemp, Epigram has been enhanced to a staggering 35-track project. Featuring the ten original tracks from the album, the Deluxe Edition also features 17 remixes and the extended version of “Native Son” featuring Probcause. In addition, the Deluxe Edition of the album also features six unreleased instrumentals from the project.
