Carl Roe – Gratitude Rock [video]

Seattle’s Carl Roe provides an endearing peek into this life with his strikingly down-to-earth new video for “Gratitude Rock,” the fantastic closing track off his recently released album, ‘Eleven Chuck.’

Just like he does through the music itself, Roe opens up and gets personal with his fans, allowing them to see into every part of his day. And in the case of this video, that means proudly reppin’ his Army veteran status, rocking shows and interacting with fans and other artists, while making sure to keep his art at the forefront of his quest.

And it’s all seen through the lens of fellow Seattle resident Produktive Entertainment, a videographer/editor/director who used a black-and-white filter for the clip. The color scheme is perfectly fitting, because there’s something extra-homely and nostalgic about the track. Perhaps it’s the dreamy, thoughtful production from Carolinah Blu, which Roe just sounds so comfortable using as the canvas on “Gratitude Rock.”

Check out the visuals, and go support Carl Roe’s sophomore LP, ‘Eleven Chuck,’ which is now available through all major digital retailers and streaming platforms.
