We’re proud to announce that on Monday, May 29th, we will be officially releasing a new project by Pastense. The EP is called “An Astronaut’s Dream” and is completely produced by Willie Green. Pastense verbally weaves together stellar stories over Willie Green’s tense, semi-cinematic hip-hop beats. Some key features add to the plot, as we see guest verses by Billy Woods, Uncommon Nasa, and PremRock. The cover itself is steeped in Van Gogh imagery, whether intentional or not. The red beard among the seemingly queasy backdrop of blues and yellows, merging into a tone of green seen only after heavy absinthe abuse. “An Astronaut’s Dream” is a must cop for any indie hiphop fan.
