Darkim Be Allah X Endemic Emerald – God of the Universe feat. Planet Asia [audio]

The NYC rap duo of Darkim Be Allah & Endemic Emerald announce their upcoming album, Antediluvian King, with the release of their raw new single, “God of the Universe,” featuring Planet Asia. The track perfectly captures the feel of the entire album, which is packed with lyrically charged rhymes from Darkim and sample-flipping production from Endemic. “God of the Universe” also proves just how perfectly these two artists complement each other, particularly on a musical level.

Darkim’s no-nonsense delivery sounds right at home over the bluesy strings, guitars, and vocals, along with the crunchy percussion. And the same goes for the track’s guest feature, West Coast underground stalwart Planet Asia, who spits remarkable quotables like, “Stars burst when I do the verse/ How you at church knowing the black man is God of the universe?”, that blend right into the chorus.

“God of the Universe” is available now through all digital retailers and streaming platforms, and can be purchased for instant-grat off the album pre-order landing via iTunes and Bandcamp. The ten track LP which is set to drop on Nov 06, also includes guest features from Tragedy Khadafi and Kasim Allah, and is also available for pre-order via Amazon Music through Endemic’s own label, No Cure Records. Vinyl and CDs can also be purchased now for pre-order via Bandcamp and will be available in select records shops in time for the album’s release date.
