Is it love or is it lust? asks Fokis on his upcoming project Seasons Change, People Too: Love and Lust. The second installment of four from his forthcoming double album, Love and Lust has a rich and soulful sound, filled with a variety of emotions.

“The theme of this project is that of a conflicted man with one foot in love and one foot in lust. It deals with everyday life situations as they relate to being single and or in a relationship. It’s the constant battle we as men face when it comes to relationships, commitment, being faithful, being in love and being in lust. I put my heart and soul in this project and I think both men and women will be able to relate to a lot of the content” – Fokis
