Seeking refuge in his mom’s basement, rapper Lt Headtrip toils away in a monotonous loop of endless days, waiting out a national quarantine. Through a stack of glowing monitors within the cellar’s stone walls, he watches the planet burn, scribbling maddened observations and satirical imagery to pass the days with the chaotic drums and synths from producer DOS4GW as a soundtrack. Hoping to briefly shift Trip’s focus, his concerned partner and photographer, Brita Enflo, uses an old camcorder to document his daily routine of eating, bathing, feeding the cats and reluctantly exiting the safety of home, only to quickly recoil into the dungeon to sit on his throne of madness for another night of inebriated surveillance.
