This is an audio care package for you, my community. I compiled this gems and mantras to motivate, support and of course move you in all the ways you enjoy and need.

The project is inspired by a video series I do consistently called “Daily Bread” with brief messages that do the very same things as this album, because as an artist it feels great to receive love from you all, but we’re also of service too.

I couldn’t do this without the contributions of the incredible musicians I collaborated with, Brian Kidd who mixed and mastered every song, photographer Kivvi Roberts who helped bring to life my vision for the album cover, and my friends Suahd and Fitgi, who agreed to pose for the photo.
