Anyway,the story on this one is a little different. I didn’t do this particular joint first, if I remember right Khalil actually did this for Kweli. I am a fan of Steele Pulse and when I heard the beat Khalil told me Kweli was going to use it, I immediately began trying to get on the record. More so than any other artist Khalil works with I felt like I would have fit on this particular album and this particular song. Honestly I cant remember why it wasn’t used, but it wasn’t.
