Butta Verses “Always” ft. Crystal Carr [mp3]


After giving fans and new listeners a taste of his forthcoming mixtape with the Lord Finesse produced single “That’s Me,” the Bronx-bred spitter Butta Verses returns with the follow-up leak “Always.” Featuring the vocal talents of Crystal Carr, “Always” exposes BV’s fall from grace, as the one time opening act for De La Soul recants of a career that was ‘almost famous.’ Although both a working title and release date for the mixtape are yet to be confirmed, the project boasts production from Marco Polo, The Mighty V.I.C. (The Beatnuts, Groove Merchantz, Ghetto Pros), BeanOne (of Dyme Def) and more.
